Continual improvements in product as well as process of the company are achieved with the employee's participation through Quality Circle Group (QCG) meetings. The Non-conformance's are identified, corrective and preventive measures are initiated in the QCG Meetings. We are qualifying this phenomenon as DIR (Do It Right).
